Orders:
Since our items are hand-made to order, please note that your item will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from purchase. This time may vary during busy periods. If you require a more expedited process, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accomodate!
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the hand-made nature of our garments, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please get in touch and we will help find the best option for you.
Quality:
Since our items are hand-made or screen-printed in studio, please note that there may be some very minor inconsistencies from pictures. This adds to the character and uniqueness of the garment! :) If you have any questions about this please reach out for more information.
Shipping:
We currently ship internationally, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or tax fees for purchases outside of the UK.
Care:
All purchases come with care instructions, and you can also view these instructions underneath the "Care" section in the product description. If you have any further questions about how to properly care for these garments, please contact us.
Sizing:
Each product provides a description for sizing based on your preferred fit, however please reach out with your measurements if you would like more guidance on the correct sizing. The beauty of knitwear is its flexibility — it can be worn more fitted or loose depending on your style. Let us know your preference, and we’d be happy to help you find the perfect fit!
