2. Orders

Each item is handmade to order with care. Please allow 2–3 weeks from purchase for production and dispatch. This may vary slightly during busy periods.
If you require your order sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes.
We accept payments through secure platforms such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
We reserve the right to update pricing or correct any errors at any time without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We are not responsible for any delays once the parcel is with the courier or for customs/import fees charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because each garment is handmade to order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges.
We’re happy to help with sizing before you purchase — just send us your measurements or questions.

Every piece goes through a thorough quality check before shipping.

6. Custom Orders and Sizing

We welcome custom requests — please contact us if you’d like something special made just for you.

Each product page includes sizing notes. Knitwear is flexible and can be worn more fitted or loose depending on your style. If you're unsure about fit, send us your preferences or measurements and we’ll help you find the best option.

7. Garment Care

Each order includes care instructions, and you can also find them under the “Care” tab on each product page.
Please follow these instructions closely to keep your garment in great condition.
If you have questions about caring for your piece, feel free to contact us.

8. Quality and Handmade Disclaimer

All pieces are handmade or screen-printed in studio, so there may be small inconsistencies compared to the product images — this is part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work.
If you have any concerns or want to know more about materials, we’re happy to chat before you order.

9. Press Loans and Rentals

We accept requests for editorial loans or rentals. Please email us to discuss opportunities.

All content on this website — including product images, designs, artwork, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Peytie Sarfeh Slater. You may not reproduce, use, or distribute any content without written permission.
